I had been storing my plastic bags on a high shelf in my pantry. Once I purchased the bag holder and placed it on a cupboard door under the sink it is much easier to get to.

I use the Over the Cabinet bag Holder on the cabinet door with small grocery bags. It's changed my life in the kitchen! Always handy during cooking or cleaning, no need to wash my hands to open a cabinet to access the trash can, sweep peels straight in it from the counter, I can fill it with small loads of kitchen trash that can be emptied a couple of times a day. Ideal for apartment living!

Holds garbage bags really well. Doesn't take up space like a small garbage can does under the sink.
not for every cabinet door

it's a neat & useful little thing but I had to screw a little metal bar inside my cabinet door on which to hang it because my door was too thick. It saves me space inside the cabinet.
Convenient and easy

Using this, we have gotten rid of the tall kitchen can, saving floor space and disposable bags, and are now using the zillions of plastic grocery bags that have been accumulating for ages. I don't mind taking the smaller bags to the outside bin but hated messing with the tall kitchen ones. Only thing that would improve it is to have some kind of (screw?) adjustment on the over-the-cabinet hanger part to fit different widths. I solved the problem of a wobbly holder by cutting furniture floor protector pads to fit inside the hanger, and now it's a snug fit.
