      I purchased the membership because of the 10% off, free shipping and A FREE GIFT with every order. My first 2 purchases did not include the free gift, so I had to call. They did send a free gift after the fact. Then I was told to email if the popup didn't come up when I made an order, I did and they included the free gift with my order. I made a purchase yesterday, did not get a popup, so I emailed again. I was told that you get a COUPON in your order for 15% off your next order ? I like free/surprise gifts. I am sure that if you use that 15% off your next order, you probably will not be able to get free shipping also. What's up with that? If the rules have changed, why didn't they notify us?

          I tried to order online, but I could not find where you enter your rewards number in order for the system to give you the discount and feel shipping. I tried to look on the site menu and could not find where the instructions are regarding ordering with your rewards number on line.
