            I ordered this several weeks ago along with other items. The items came with a note that the rewards card would come in the mail. I have been unable to use it although I have paid for it, I feel like my membership should start from the time I receive the card, not from when I paid for it since so much time has passed and I don't have the card yet. This experience has caused me to lose respect for Miles Kimball's customer service.
