With the sink saddle placed over the middle of my double sinks. It's attractive, & helps deflect the breakage when washing all types of dishes & glasses.Just wish it was 2 inches wider.

I don't know if the rubbery smell will dissipate with time. Very noticeable when hot water hits it or the sink mats.

About Me Avid Cook
I wanted to protect my new sink as well as any glasses and/or other easily breakable items. I like that the Sink Saddle is clear so it blends in well. I am not crazy about the fact that it always flips up on one side and therefore I get "caught" on it easier. Overall, I will continue to use it as it was inexpensive enough.

This product is a real lifesaver! It protects my dishes from getting banged around in my double sink. I ALWAYS have one covering the middle. I love the attractive pebble design, as well.
