I was very pleased with the quality of this item as I expected a more flimsy container. I am using it for fruit but would be great for other uses too, inside or out. It is just the right size for my kitchen.

I liked the look of this basket immediately but, being something of a cheapskate, i waited and i tried to find something less expensive, something i would like as well, elsewhere. to no avail. I am so glad i finally ordered this!!! we eat a lot of fresh fruit and this lovely basket not only saves space on my countertop, but it keeps the fruit separate, and allows air to circulate around it. I just love it and i'm so glad i finally got it. this would also make a great and unique gift for anyone's kitchen!

I was so pleased that this basket held so much more fruit and veggies than the picture shows. For me this basket is absolutely perfect. It looks great in the kitchen. Adds that extra touch. I'm contemplating on ordering a second one.

This tiered basket looks nice, but the design/construction is somewhat flimsy so it doesn't stand straight. I gave it to my mother and she really likes it, but the fact that it tips to the side would drive me crazy. Ideal for a person with limited counter space who doesn't pay attention to details. Or possibly for a handy person who could make it stand straight. If the price had been any higher I would have been unhappy, but it's not bad for such a low price.

Love it, looks gr8 on my island and it really invites passerbys to want a piece of fresh fruit! Eventhough in our home that isn't a problem since our 4 lil ones love fresh fruits and veggies so we really put it to good use, but when we have visitors many comment on it and want some fruit.

It is definitely the more affordable & smaller version of those fancy cast iron tiered fruit baskets and that is why it's priced right for the quality that it comes in. I hope mine lasts a long time, but I would have paid more for a sturdier metal. Don't let me stop you, it is very nice I'd recommend it and I know it would look just as lovely in your kitchen too!
