      I just gave this ornament to my granddaughter & she loved it. The directions were great - the head screwed off easily & once all 3 included batteries were in correctly it slowly changed colors about 5 times & was very pretty. Great that it was able to be personalized. I have ordered personalized Christmas ornaments for my grandkids the last 14 years from Miles Kimball & have always been very satisfied with the big selection & great service.
