I bought these for my son who works outside in construction. I also bought them for my nephew who is in Boy Scouts and does winter camping. I did buy a couple extra packages to give as Christmas gifts to those who do a lot of outdoor activities.

I bought these to use when I'm standing on the subway platform during the cold damp NYC winters. They are very toasty. Cutting them to size however it not easy. I would cut a size larger and then fit them in your footwear and see where you can snip to fit.

If you can get these insoles cut so they fit the inside of your boots just so, then you will be fine. I put mine in with the foil on the bottom and the felt against my feet, and I am good to go! And they do stay WARM. Glad to find such a product as the last people to make such things is Dr. Scholl's. Was willing to check ebay for them. Thanks so much!

I bought these for my husband size 9-10 and for my brother 12-13. The sizer indicated that the largest size was 12-13. My husband said the pad slips in his shoe even though he did not cut it down to 9-10. My brother said the pad was to short for his foot length. I would not recommend the product because the size indicator is not true to form. The product works but is not comfortable because it does not fit perfect to size.
