sometimes, you just want a couple hot cookies, or freshly baked rolls and you don't want to heat up the big oven- this works well. The finish seems a little tricky- be sure to only use non-metal spatulas on it- and clean carefully.

I was looking to replace some worn pans for my toaster oven, and this is what I received- rather flimsy- I'd be afraid to put anything juicy or moist on it- OK for biscuits, but nothing else
