    The lamp is convenient, because it is so light to move around, will be helpful when directed to a specific spot, however, most flashlights put out more light.

      No matter which end I tried to screw in, neither fit. When I took the lamp (without the poles) and plugged it straight into the base of the lamp, the little LED lights came on. Otherwise, they didn't.

        "Somewhat disappointed. Had to take base apart
        and put sand back in the plastic bag plus more
        weight. Still too light in the base.
        The blue light is hard to value. Would prefer a
        stronger white light

            this company needs a new design, the battery should be in the base and not 6 aa battery. 6 aa batteries will last only so long, if the battery were built into the base least the consumer would have longer lighting per charge. For instance the 6 aa batery would only last around 8 hours however if the battery was built into the base the consumer would get maybe 24 hours so yes a battery in the base would mean quadruple the amound of battery
