I purchase the fireman and the policeman hats every year. I have one 3rd cousin whose Father is a policeman and I have a 3rd cousin whose Father was a fireman who passed away two days after the child was born. Every year when he sees the fireman's hat, he remembers his Dad. He will have these to remind him every year, that I live.

This ornament is very attractive. My son is really going to LOVE this when he gets it on Christmas Eve. The picture doesn't do it justice as it is larger in person than it appears on the computer. Love it! The only negative thing I can say is that I would have liked to been able to add the year on it somewhere.

This ornament is made very well, I guess for the price I imagined it was going to be made cheap. It is also nice that it can be customized with the persons name. We personalized it with my father-in-laws nickname he was given during his years as a firemen. We are giving it to my mother-in-law as a gift for her X-mas tree so she can have a token to cherish her husbands memory and know he is still with us in our hearts.
I am very pleased with the product.

I liked the way they did the hand writing on the policeman's ornament better than the fireman's.
