handle slips down
By callie93

Comments about Outdoor Broom:
like the stiffness of the broom, but the handle doesn't hold. They need to improve the handle so it holds in the length, as it falls down to the low position.

This is not a sturdy broom!!

Great Idea
By Yard Gal

This is a great idea but does not last. I have purchased two of them. My husband broke the first one and the second one worked for awhile before the handle would not latch. It was useless after that.
good idea, bad contruction

I was so excited to receive and assemble this broom. However, the telescoping handle doesn't secure well and it collapses in on itself. Worse, after the second or third use, the bristles started falling out. What a disappointment; what a waste of money.
Only the broom part itself is sturdy.

About Me Midrange Shopper
This kind of broom is an excellent idea. I dislike using my inside broom on the concrete surfaces outside. However, this product has a way to go. Good solid broom part, nice stiff bristles. The handle is a joke. The cap of the handle came off in my hand the first time I used it and the adjustable handle adjusts itself while I am using it. It simply will not maintain a solid tightening. I loved the idea and had waited for the price to come down before ordering, but the handle, while not making it useless, does indeed make it frustrating.
not a clean sweep

The bristle portion is outstanding. Cleans really well and leaves no debris behind. The handle, however, sucks. I have already replaced it with a wooden handle from my old broom. I got tired of having to "re-lock" it constantly. It needs some kind of device to really secure the handle in the extended position.
Not sturdy at all!

Does a good job of pushing wet and muddy debris off the driveway but the handle broke off at the extension joint the first time I used it. Broom head would not stay screwed on and I had to replace the handle with a solid wooden one. The flat cut bristles would be much easier to use if they were angled.
The handle won't fit into the broom.

the handle of the broom wouldn't even fit into the treads of the broom head. Not even worth returning. Should have been checked before packaged. I just wasted the money on something I thought would help with my gardening.
