      This is a great toddler toy for a child who has good eye-hand co-ordination and can make the top spin. It must be operated on a hard, smooth surface such as a counter top or a non-carpet floor. The whirring sound it makes is an attention getter.

          My mother bought this for all the grand kids and from first hand experience my 2 1/2 year old son absolutely loves this. He loves the siren noise it makes once it's spinning fast and he even just figured out how to do it himself. We just moved far away from my parents so I think I'm going to have to buy him his own now :)

            I was drawn to this as a reminder of one of my favorite toys as a child. It is smaller than I exspected and I have been unalble to get it to spin properly but it fits right in with a shelf display of blocks, balls and now a top.
