I use it to strain my grease. That way there is no waste. I put it right in the frig.

I love this container! We use to use a coffee mug for our left over bacon grease but have replaced it with this. It looks great on the stove and keeps the grease clean and ready for use if needed.
I would buy this product again.

This product is perfect for what I wanted to use it for but I would like it a lot better if the lid was airtight as it spills easily if bumped. It does hold a sufficient amt. of oil and the strainer is a great addition. I would recommend this item.
