These came as advertised - made of a thin "quilt" looking vinyl, they store the number of pieces they are advertised to hold. I could have probably fit more into the dish storage containers, but the cups are designed for a max of 12 and that is all they will hold. The zippers do not open all the way around the top of the dish storage containers, making it difficult at times to fit the china in. My only significant concern is about durability - I use them to store rental vintage china, and I am not sure they will hold up to frequent useage, as I fear the vinyl will rip or tear easily. Time will tell. However, they look fairly nice and are effective at providing protection from the elements during transport and storage. The cup holders may provide protection from breakage, but I don't believe the dish storage containers would provide protection from any significant bumps.

This is a good product at a good price for storing china and keeping it dust free. Though I have a lot of extras and needed two sets to get enough storage.

These are really flimsy & the separators are all sized for the smallest container so you have to use multiple separators for dinner plates. I don't trust the handles that are on the outside once you have the dishes inside the handles feel like they will rip from the weight, I only had 8 place setting in the containers. The openings in the coffee cup holder aren't large enough.
I had 2 sets of dishes to store & bought another set from another place & they were much sturdier & fit the different size dishes better. The only reason I didn't get 2 sets of those is that I needed more containers than the other set offered for the one set of dishes.

Bought the storage set as a Mother's Day gift and it was a big hit....

I am using these great dinnerware covers to store party plates, both large and small. They hold 20 of each size plate and even came with foam protectors. As I obtain more party plates I will definitly order more sets.
