Comments about Key Chain Money Holder:
The key rings were pretty and had the correct names on them, however it was almost impossible to fold a bill up to put inside them. I won't buy them again.
Bottom LineNo, I would not recommend this to a friend

difficult to use
By beach angel

you can fold the bill in half length wise and it inserts easily enough, however, having to remove the key ring to get it open and closed is extemely hard to do. It is very stiff and hard on your fingernails. At least the difficulty of getting to the money will insure that it is only used for an emergency.

Don't know how you could fit money in this item. You have to be good at origami--won't purchase from this company again Certainly can't give this as a gift
This product is awful. Can't get the money in without a lot of work and then hard to get it back out. Hard to see the engraving. Lets just say I will not be purchasing anything from this company again.
Money doesn't fit inside

About Me Classic
I was attracted to this because it looked both pretty AND pratical; however, it was hard to open and the money does not fit inside of it. Very disappointed.

I like the idea of this item, but it's not very practical. You have to take the case completely off the ring to use it and it's too hard to align the holes to put it back together. I do like the uniquness of it and I am using it just as a name item on my key ring. Not really useful to hold money!!

I bought gold ones for my husband and myself about 15 years ago and although the engraving is long gone, the key chains are still one of the best purchases I've ever made. They are extremely durable! To be able to hide money in such a slim keychain that cannot accidentally come open is genious. All other money holders I've seen have a screw top that can come unscrewed at any time. I love this item so much that I just bought 18 of them for Christmas presents for all of my family members. This is definately a 10-star item! The only con is the engraving. I bought silver ones this time and the engraving is extremely difficult to read as it is not deep enough and I am sure will wear off very fast. BUT, I did not purchase these for the engraving. I purchased them because I think they are the best emergency money holding keychains I've ever seen. My nephews will even be able to hook them to their back packs. The engraving makes a good first impression but don't purchase these for the engraving...purchase them for the quality, durability, and piece of mind you will get knowing that you and your loved ones have a secure way to stash emergency money. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this slimline money holding keychain!! I can't endorse it enough!

I've had one on my key chain for close to 20 years and the emergency cash has saved me over and over. Examples: out at night and need funds to catch a cab home, forgot wallet at home and had money for the train and lunch. I have given these as gifts for years and will continue to do so. Love them.
Even nicer than I thought they would be!

We ordered these as gifts for friends and family. As another reviewer brilliantly suggested, we had their phone numbers engraved on the case instead of names. That way, if the keys are lost, someone will hopefully call. The quality (we ordered silver-toned) looks great. It's designed in such a way that it's not obvious that the cylinder is hollow. It wasn't easy but I managed to stuff two $20 bills in the cylinder. I folded them together lengthwise in thirds then rolled them as tight as possible. Getting them out required multiple taps on a hard surface, but they eventually came out. Because there's a small hole in the bottom of the cylinder (another great design feature), one could use a paperclip or small nail to push the bills up and out instead of repeatedly tapping the cylinder. The cylinder will easily hold one folded bill, so it's great to have for those times when you've left your wallet at home!
