              We ordered 11 of these and one was improperly assembled at the glue joint between the cap and the hinged metal ring. It came apart and had to be mended before it could be used. Also, the catch on several of the units was so tight that they could not be opened without tools. Those had to be filed and adjusted so they could be opened by hand!
