Very handy

I like being able to stack these ice cube trays. The lids don't fit snuggly - possible spill alert!

I was so excited to find these since we are always looking to save space. So dissapointed when we used them that the lid did not have a snug fit. If you have a freezer like mine where there isn't a flat bottom the ice cube trays didn't sit properly so they were tipping over. Not a good product at all.

the cube trays definitely are small enough to save room and big enough for great ice cubes...covers make them easier to stack...definitely but a few more sets!!

I was expecting the lids to fit snugly so the water wouldn't fall out before it froze if it was bumped. The lids are so big that they fall right off. I would have better results covering my regular trays with plastic wrap.

Not what I expected

When it said the lids snap on, I expected that they could be snapped on and the ice tray wouldn't leak. It didn't say that, so my interpretation of the ad was wrong. The lids make it possible to stack the trays on a level surface, but they certainly don't snap on and stay on securely.
I'm buying more!

I purchased these at full price and I thought they were a little overpriced, until I received them. They are a much better quality plastic than I expected. The lids are substantial enough that I don't think they will warp and stop fitting (although I wouldn't put them in a dishwasher, just in case). Now that they are on sale, I'm back for more! I don't use a lot of ice and now my cubes won't be reduced to slivers by evaporation when I do need them.
What a great idea.. love it.

I love how my ice cubes don't shrink. Being covered they don't evaporate into little funny shaped cubes. Also good for making cubes from left over juices.. ex. lemon juice, cubes of pineapple pieces great for smoothies.
Sauce and Butter Storage

As a single person I use these when I make a sauce such as Hollandaise or a herbed butter. I fill the tray with these and freeze them so when I need a sauce I just take out the number of cubes that I need. For butters it is really great as I end up with mini sticks of butter.
