Comments about Tranquility Knee Pillow:
I have low back pain and need extra support. The tranquility pillow looked to be the answer. Only thing is, it doesn't keep its shape and doesn't really give the support I need. If you looking for a little support, this is the pillow for you. Once you get past the wrapped around your leg feeling.

I loved the whole idea of it's design for the issue I've been having, inflamed tendon below knee. It works about halfway. It needs something to more securly attach it to the leg. Even with the Velcro it still slides down my leg. For what I need it for it would be better designed without the back piece (that goes behind the knee). But it is the best thing I've found so far.
